Polícia militar prende quadrilha de golpe do prêmio falso em Itanhaém

A Polícia Militar prendeu cinco pessoas e apreendeu um adolescente em uma central clandestina de telemarketing em Itanhaém, no litoral de São Paulo, neste sábado (18/4). O grupo se passava por programa de TV para enganar vítimas com prêmios falsos e exigir pagamentos via Pix. A quadrilha confessou arrecadar entre R$ 5 mil e R$ 10 mil por dia.

A Polícia Militar (PM), por meio do 29º Batalhão de Polícia Militar do Interior (BPM/I), realizou a prisão após denúncia anônima em uma casa na Rua Maceió, no bairro Jardim Coronel, em Itanhaém.

Os suspeitos se passavam por participantes de um programa de TV, informando às vítimas que elas haviam sido contempladas com prêmios. Para 'liberar' os valores, exigiam pagamentos via Pix entre R$ 500 e R$ 1 mil, ajustados conforme a reação das vítimas. De acordo com os detidos, o esquema rendia entre R$ 5 mil e R$ 10 mil diários.

A investigação revelou o uso de contas bancárias de terceiros, conhecidas como 'contas laranja', e dados pessoais obtidos de outros golpistas que atuavam com falsas rifas na internet. A PM apreendeu 11 celulares, quatro notebooks, quatro headsets, uma arma de pressão e objetos relacionados a drogas.

Os seis suspeitos foram encaminhados ao Distrito Policial de Itanhaém. O caso foi registrado como associação criminosa, estelionato qualificado e corrupção de menores.
