The Office of the Ombudsman has charged Sarah and Curlee Discaya with graft and malversation over a flood control project in Bulacan, alleging their firm gained P53 million through questionable means.
The charges center on the Discaya couple’s firm, St. Timothy Construction, which allegedly benefited from the project improperly. Sarah Discaya is currently detained. Curlee Discaya, who is being held at the Senate, faces arrest there and may be transferred to a jail in Payatas.
