PDI investiga roubo à prefeitura de Freire com prejuízo de US$ 160 mil

A Polícia de Investigaciones (PDI) do Chile está investigando um arrombamento na prefeitura de Freire, onde ladrões levaram cerca de US$ 160 mil em dinheiro e outros itens. Os suspeitos entraram escalando o prédio e por meio de um buraco, segundo a Brigada de Investigación Criminal (Bicrim) de Pitrufquén. Os esforços para identificar os autores estão em andamento.

A pedido da Fiscalía de Flagrancia, a PDI está investigando o arrombamento em um local não residencial na prefeitura de Freire. Os criminosos entraram nas dependências municipais escalando o edifício e através de um buraco, informou o subprefeito José Luis Lamilla, chefe da Bicrim de Pitrufquén.

Os suspeitos levaram aproximadamente US$ 160 mil em dinheiro e outros objetos após revirarem o local. Os esforços em curso incluem a análise de câmeras de segurança e a realização de entrevistas com testemunhas para identificar os autores.

Peritos criminais do Laboratório de Criminalística da PDI estão coletando evidências no local. O incidente ocorreu recentemente em Freire, uma comuna na região de La Araucanía, no Chile.
