Disney ends Early Bloom menu at EPCOT's Farmer’s Feast

Walt Disney World has removed the Early Bloom menu from the Farmer’s Feast outdoor kitchen at EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival, effective April 6. The menu, which ran from March 4 to April 5, featured spring-inspired dishes now unavailable. It has been replaced by the Springtime menu through May 10.

The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, ongoing for over a month, features topiaries, outdoor kitchens, and live music. At the Farmer’s Feast booth in CommuniCore Hall, Disney follows a rotating menu system with date-specific lineups. The Early Bloom menu concluded as scheduled on April 5, with dishes such as grilled asparagus with pancetta, spring peas, and a soft-poached egg; seared scallop with spring pea risotto and lemon beurre blanc; and blueberry crumble cake with blueberry-lemon soft serve no longer offered, according to Disney's confirmation announced April 5. The Springtime menu takes over starting April 6, introducing heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, pesto, and balsamic pearls; grilled beef strip loin with tomato risotto and basil pesto; and peach cobbler with cinnamon gelato and streusel. Beverages at the booth, including raspberry lemonade hard cider, hibiscus tangelo hard seltzer, hibiscus lemonade cocktail with gin, and frozen lemon tea with honey and bourbon, remain available through May 10. This change is part of Disney's approach to refresh festival offerings and encourage repeat visits, though it may disrupt plans for guests targeting specific items. The festival continues with other attractions like the Garden Rocks concert series and topiaries across the park.
