A Pennsylvania man has been charged with criminal homicide after allegedly shooting another driver in Pittsburgh over a disagreement at a traffic light.
Joel Ingram, 41, is accused of killing 55-year-old Dana Faulk on Thursday at the intersection of Corliss and West Carson streets.
According to authorities, Ingram demanded that Faulk pull his vehicle farther forward at the light. Faulk refused. After the light turned green, Faulk reportedly brake-checked Ingram, who then drove around the vehicle and fired two shots before fleeing.
Faulk was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head. Police arrested Ingram less than an hour later at a nearby Exxon gas station using witness details and surveillance footage.
Ingram faces additional charges of carrying a firearm without a license. He is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on July 24.
