New wine bar Vinbruket opens in Borlänge

Two wine enthusiasts have opened Vinbruket in Borlänge. Alexander Holm and Wellington Medeiros aim to offer a concept missing in the town.

Alexander Holm, 28, from Borlänge and Wellington Medeiros, 41, from São Paulo have launched the wine bar Vinbruket. They describe the venture as featuring a constantly changing wine selection with a big-city feel. The goal is to surprise both curious and experienced wine lovers. Holm comes from a restaurateur family while Medeiros is a sommelier. They say they opened exactly what they themselves lacked.
