Wu posted a video on Weibo from Paris on Thursday afternoon. He described waiting three days without answers despite making countless calls.
Cathay Pacific confirmed the apology on Saturday. The airline said it sincerely apologises for the baggage delay caused by the connecting flight and subsequent transfer arrangements.
