Embracer Group planerar att dela upp verksamheten i två separata börsnoterade bolag, där Fellowship Entertainment tar över stora varumärken som Sagan om ringen och Tomb Raider.

Embracer Group meddelade den 20 maj att bolaget nästa år kommer att delas upp i två juridiskt fristående börsbolag. Fellowship Entertainment kommer att kontrollera centrala immateriella rättigheter såsom Sagan om ringen, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex och Metro, tillsammans med studior som Eidos Montreal och Warhorse Studios. Den nya enheten kommer även att hantera licensiering av immateriella rättigheter till externa partner.
