Die Embracer Group gab am 20. Mai bekannt, dass sie sich im nächsten Jahr in zwei rechtlich eigenständige börsennotierte Unternehmen aufspalten wird. Fellowship Entertainment wird wichtige geistige Eigentumsrechte wie Der Herr der Ringe, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex und Metro sowie Studios wie Eidos Montreal und Warhorse Studios kontrollieren. Das neue Unternehmen wird zudem die Lizenzierung dieser Marken an externe Partner verwalten.
