Military production minister explores strategic cooperation with Egyptian Arab Land Bank

Salah Suleiman Gemblat, Minister of State for Military Production, met with Medhat Qamar, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Egyptian Arab Land Bank, and Mohamed Ashmawy, the bank's Non-Executive Chairperson, at the ministry's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. Discussions centered on potential joint cooperation in various fields, including banking services and strategic partnerships. Both sides agreed to appoint contact points to outline priority areas of collaboration.

At the Ministry of Military Production's headquarters in the Government District of the New Administrative Capital, Minister Salah Suleiman Gemblat held discussions with a delegation from the Egyptian Arab Land Bank on potential joint ventures. Gemblat noted that the talks focused on leveraging the bank's banking services, as well as establishing strategic partnerships and collaborative projects that serve mutual interests and add value to military production companies and ministry-affiliated entities.

Gemblat emphasized the ministry's openness to partnerships with various institutions to foster integration, bolster national industry, and support sustainable development goals. Medhat Qamar praised the ministry's role as a primary national industrial entity operating in both military and civilian domains, highlighting its advanced manufacturing, technological, technical, and human capabilities and their significance in national development efforts.

Qamar outlined the bank's operational areas and its strategy to solidify its position in the financing sector while aiding local and Arab communities through a diverse range of banking services. At the meeting's conclusion, both parties agreed to assign contact points from the ministry and the bank to delineate priority cooperation areas, with the bank set to propose joint initiatives in deposits, corporate credit facilities, and retail banking services.
