Rödlistade arter hittades men skogen fälldes ändå

Skogen norr om Älvdalens kyrkby har avverkats trots invändningar från Naturskyddsföreningen. Ideella inventerare hade funnit 15 naturvårdsarter i området. Föreningen planerar nu att anmäla ärendet till Skogsstyrelsen.

Trots protester från Naturskyddsföreningen genomfördes avverkningen i skogen norr om Älvdalens kyrkby. Föreningen menar att lagar inte har följts under processen.

I området hade ideella inventerare tidigare identifierat 15 naturvårdsarter. Dessa arter är rödlistade och skyddsvärda enligt föreningen.
