Taseko Mines startar produktion av kopparkatoder i Florence

Taseko Mines har påbörjat produktionen av kopparkatoder vid sin anläggning i Florence i Arizona. Steget innebär att företaget går från att vara en producent med en enda tillgång till en plattform med två gruvor.

De första punden kopparkatod har gjutits vid den nya anläggningen, enligt en nyligen genomförd analys av utvecklingen. Florence förväntas leverera kostnadseffektiv produktion med C1-kostnader som ligger under de vid företagets Gibraltar-gruva och de flesta globala konkurrenters.
