Corello has increased from six to 12 annual collections since the pandemic, using artificial intelligence to manage inventories in real time.
The family company, led by the third generation of the Silvarolli family, adjusted its launch pace to meet the demand for constant novelties on social media. CEO Felipe Silvarolli, in charge since 2024, explained that the model integrates e-commerce and physical stores to better serve customers.
AI is applied to supply and reallocate products among the 28 owned stores, based on updated demand data. The plan avoids excessive markdowns and maintains margins, according to the executive.
Projected growth for 2026 is 10% to 12%, below previous years, due to high interest rates and family debt. Silvarolli downplayed competition from platforms like Shein, noting that footwear is more artisanal than apparel.
