Over 70,000 teachers pass licensure exams for professionals

For secondary teachers, 57,729 out of 79,493 passed. Jed Vincent Requilme Abadia of Cebu Normal University led with 94.80 percent. He was followed by James Brian Pantilgan Banag, also from Cebu Normal University, and Jan Kenrey Dalag Licayan of the University of the Philippines-Cebu, both scoring 94.60 percent. Third place went to Raidar Metoda Lasala of the Philippine Normal University-Visayas, Christine Ese Salmero Perez of Cebu Normal University, and Recto Mantilla Ruiz Jr. of the North Eastern Mindanao State University-Main, all with 94.40 percent.
