Two Idaho men sentenced for kidnapping teen

Devin Larson and Steen Thomas Lamb have been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to second-degree kidnapping in Eagle, Idaho. The pair lured 18-year-old Jordan Carrillo to a fake photoshoot before attacking him and forcing him to end a relationship via text messages.

The incident occurred on Sept. 5 at a construction site in Eagle, about 10 miles northwest of downtown Boise. Larson, 21, and Lamb, 22, posed as a photographer to meet Carrillo about pictures of his motorcycle. After one photo, Lamb tased Carrillo from behind. The men then bound him with zip ties, placed a bag over his body and assaulted him for roughly an hour, including multiple Taser shocks and kicks and punches to the head and body. They also pressed a gun to his chest and threatened to kill him if he did not break up with his girlfriend. Using his phone, they sent breakup messages to the girlfriend before releasing him with threats against his family if he reported the crime.
