中国存储模块厂商加速DDR5生产 CXMT芯片突破进入市场

中国存储模块制造商正加速推出采用国产DDR5芯片的消费级和企业级产品。长鑫存储技术的突破正逐步渗透供应链。Powev等厂商已开始量产相关服务器内存。

Powev公司近日宣布其Sinker品牌DDR5服务器内存已进入量产交付阶段。该款64GB DDR5-5600 RDIMM产品通过多家主要客户测试,现可向企业客户、渠道伙伴和品牌厂商批量供应。

Powev的Sinker DDR5内存模块全面采用国产组件。苏州Comay等其他中国厂商也已推出基于长鑫存储芯片的工业和企业级DDR5产品。在消费市场,Powev旗下的Gloway和KingBank DDR5型号早在2024年底就已开始销售。

长鑫存储技术公司2025年11月正式推出DDR5产品组合。该合肥企业表示其DDR5芯片最高支持8000Mbps速度,晶片密度为16Gb和24Gb,主要面向服务器、工作站和个人电脑。
