新加坡物理学家在取得超导体突破后加入浙江大学

Stephen Lin Er Chow在《自然》杂志发表无铜超导氧化物研究成果后,已从新加坡国立大学转投浙江大学。

现年28岁的Stephen Lin Er Chow去年曾在《自然》杂志上发表了一项关于突破性无铜超导氧化物的研究成果,目前他已全职加入浙江大学,担任首席研究员。此次调动通过该校的“百人计划”完成,他还将在该校担任博士生导师。

Chow此前在新加坡国立大学获得认可,于2022年攻读博士期间成为该校“最佳研究生研究员奖”最年轻的获得者。他在26岁时毕业,并随即留校担任研究员。

在确认此次调动时,Chow提到了个人关系和偏好。他表示:“我非常喜欢杭州的生活环境以及西湖周边的风景。”并补充称,他的祖父是华人,而他的妻子也是中国人。
