Madonna and Anna Wintour have teamed up in a teaser video for Madonna's upcoming album Confessions II. The 30-second clip is screening in select theaters before showings of The Devil Wears Prada 2. It features a playful exchange between the two icons at a fashion show.
Madonna, the pop superstar, and Anna Wintour, Vogue's global editorial director, appear together in a promotional teaser for Confessions II. The video plays in theaters ahead of The Devil Wears Prada 2, which opened wide on May 1. It draws on footage from their front-row seats at the Dolce & Gabbana Women’s Fall/Winter 2026 Fashion Show in Milan on February 28, with Madonna’s 1990 hit “Vogue” as the backdrop. The clip appears manipulated, showing Wintour saying, “I can’t believe they’re still playing ‘Vogue.’ Why?” Madonna replies, “Because they miss me.” Wintour responds, “I like ‘Vogue,’ but surely you have something new.” Madonna then says, “As a matter of fact, I do. I have a confession,” before whispering to Wintour. The music shifts to “Bring Your Love,” Madonna’s lead single from Confessions II with Sabrina Carpenter. The track premiered at Coachella on April 17 and supports the album, due July 3 as a follow-up to her 2005 release Confessions on a Dance Floor. The Devil Wears Prada 2 reunites Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci from the 2006 original. Madonna’s representatives have not yet commented further on the theater promo.
