Black Myth: Wukong sales exceed 30 million copies

Developer Game Science has responded to reports that its action RPG has now sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.

A report from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China claims Black Myth: Wukong has surpassed 30 million copies sold. This figure would place the game ahead of several major titles in recent years.

Game Science confirmed the game's strong performance but did not provide updated sales numbers. The studio stated that Black Myth: Wukong has achieved results beyond expectations in both China and international markets.

The title launched in 2024 and sold over 10 million copies within four days. Game Science is now developing Black Myth: Zhong Kui, another single-player action RPG based on Chinese folklore, for PC and mainstream consoles.
