رئيس الوزراء آبي أحمد يمدد فترة عمل الرئيس المؤقت لإقليم تيغراي لمدة عام

قرر رئيس الوزراء الدكتور آبي أحمد تمديد فترة عمل الفريق تاديسي ووريدي شوميتي كرئيس مؤقت لإقليم تيغراي الإثيوبي لمدة عام واحد، تبدأ من الأول من ميازيا عام 2018 وفقاً للتقويم الإثيوبي. ويأتي هذا القرار بناءً على توصيات من مجلس الوزراء واستناداً إلى الأحكام القانونية وتقييم الأداء.

أديس أبابا، 29 ميغابيت 2018 (فانا) — مدد رئيس الوزراء الدكتور آبي أحمد فترة عمل الفريق تاديسي ووريدي شوميتي كرئيس مؤقت لإقليم تيغراي لمدة عام واحد. ويدخل التمديد حيز التنفيذ اعتباراً من الأول من ميازيا عام 2018 بالتقويم الإثيوبي. ويستند القرار إلى المادة 62 (9) من دستور جمهورية إثيوبيا الفيدرالية الديمقراطية، والمادة 14 الفقرة الفرعية 2 (ب) من الإعلان رقم 359/1995، وغيرها من الأحكام ذات الصلة. كما أوصى مجلس الوزراء بهذه الخطوة بناءً على تقرير صادر عن الإدارة المؤقتة لإقليم تيغراي وتقييم أداء العام الماضي، بالإضافة إلى القرار رقم 479/2013، المادة 4 (2). وتأتي هذه الخطوة لتمديد عمل القيادة المؤقتة في إقليم تيغراي تحت إدارة الإدارة الحالية.
