A serious rear-end collision occurred on Tuesday evening on the A3 highway in Neuwied district near the North Rhine-Westphalia border, close to Windhagen. According to initial police findings, a vehicle carrying several occupants drove into a truck that was stopped at the end of a traffic jam, heading towards Frankfurt.
