قدم إقليم دالارنا خطته الجديدة لبيئة العمل بالتعاون مع ممثلي النقابات. وقد وصفت النقابات الخطة بالإيجابية، ومن المتوقع أن يتم إقرارها في اليوم نفسه.

تم تقديم خطة بيئة العمل الجديدة الخاصة بإقليم دالارنا من قبل عضوي المجلس الإقليمي صوفيا يارل (عن حزب الوسط) وسيباستيان كارلبرغ (عن الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي)، وذلك بالتعاون مع ممثلين عن أربع نقابات عمالية.

وقد وصف ممثلو النقابات الخطة بأنها إيجابية ومرحب بها وجيدة. وذكرت ماريون فايغيموس من نقابة التمريض (Vårdförbundet) أن النقابات راضية للغاية عن اهتمام السياسيين بهذه القضية.

وعلى الرغم من أن الخطة لم تُعتمد بشكل نهائي بعد، إلا أن أعضاء المجلس يتوقعون الموافقة عليها خلال اليوم نفسه.
