Batterilagerbeholdningen i Tyskland stiger til 2,5 millioner enheder

I første kvartal af 2026 blev to gigawatt-timer ny batterilagerkapacitet taget i brug. Beholdningen af stationære akkumulatorer voksede til cirka 28 gigawatt-timer fordelt på 2,5 millioner enheder. Den tyske solcellebrancheforening advarer mod at stille dem dårligere i auktioner om kraftværkskapacitet.

I første kvartal af 2026 blev der opført to tredjedele mere batterilagerkapacitet end året før. Den tyske solcellebrancheforening (BSW-Solar) rapporterer med henvisning til tal fra Bundesnetzagentur, at cirka to gigawatt-timer lagerkapacitet blev taget i brug fra januar til marts. Dette øgede den samlede beholdning af stationære akkumulatorer til omkring 28 gigawatt-timer fordelt på 2,5 millioner enheder.

Mere end halvdelen af tilgangen stammede fra store lageranlæg på over én gigawatt-time – næsten en firedobling i forhold til året før. I segmentet for hjemmelagring på 5 til 20 kilowatt-timer stagnerede tilgangen på omkring 0,74 gigawatt-timer.

Den installerede kapacitet svarer til det gennemsnitlige daglige private elforbrug for cirka tre millioner husstande ifølge BSW-Solar. Det kan udligne vejrbetingede fluktuationer i produktionen fra sol- og vindenergi.

Administrerende direktør for BSW-Solar, Carsten Körnig, udtrykker bekymring over planer fra det føderale økonomiministerium: "Batterilagre må ikke stilles dårligere end gasfyrede kraftværker i kommende kraftværksauktioner gennem uegnede udbudskriterier," siger han.
