Aimee Bock sentenced to 41 years in Feeding Our Future fraud case

Aimee Bock, convicted as the ringleader of a $250 million fraud scheme in Minnesota, was sentenced Thursday to more than 40 years in prison. The judge also ordered her to repay nearly $243 million to the federal government.

Aimee Bock received a 500-month prison term after a jury last year found her guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery. Prosecutors described the case as the largest pandemic fraud in the country, involving government funds intended to feed children during the health crisis.
