Ein Kind auf dem Fahrrad wurde am Samstagabend in Seesen von einem Auto erfasst und erlag später seinen Verletzungen.
Die Polizei teilte mit, dass das Kind beim Überqueren der Fahrbahn auf dem Rad von dem Fahrzeug erfasst wurde. Es wurde mit einem Rettungshubschrauber in ein Krankenhaus gebracht, wo es seinen Verletzungen erlag.
Der Autofahrer blieb unverletzt. Ermittlungen zu dem Vorfall laufen weiter.
