From July 1 the VAT on entry to dance events has been cut from 25 to 6 percent. Organizers say entry prices will nevertheless stay the same.
The so-called dance band VAT has been abolished. The tax rate on tickets to all dance events was thereby lowered from 25 percent to 6 percent.

The reduction applies to every dance event regardless of whether dance bands are performing.
