McDonald's launches 'Nama-McDo Po!' drive-thru promo for Christmas

McDonald's Philippines is adding cheer to the holiday season with Nama-McDo Po!, a drive-thru campaign inspired by the Filipino pamamasko tradition. From December 12 to 23, customers can receive a free gift by ordering a 1-pc Honey Butter Chicken McDo Meal with any soft drink and saying 'Nama-McDo Po!' at the drive-thru window.

McDonald's Philippines has introduced Nama-McDo Po!, a special Drive-Thru promotion across nationwide stores, reimagining the traditional Filipino pamamasko for those navigating the holiday rush. The campaign requires no apps, coupons, or additional steps—just a cheerful greeting and a qualifying order.

Running from December 12 to 23, customers who order a 1-pc Honey Butter Chicken McDo Meal with any soft drink and utter 'Nama-McDo Po!' at the drive-thru window will receive a complimentary surprise. For the initial phase, from December 12 to 17, the free item is a Musical Idol Toy in a Blind Box format. This shifts to a Medium Fries from December 18 to 23.

The promotion spotlights the popular Honey Butter Chicken McDo, ideally paired with a Coca-Cola soft drink, offering a convenient and comforting option amid busy holiday schedules. It caters to everyone, from car drivers to motorcycle riders, turning routine road trips—whether after-work stops or late-night cravings—into festive moments.

As stated in the official release, 'This Christmas, a simple greeting goes a long way.' Nama-McDo Po! modernizes a beloved Christmas tradition in the Philippines, emphasizing that 'Iba ang Paskong Pinoy, even on the road.' The initiative is sponsored by McDonald's and managed by Rappler's BrandRap, with no involvement from the news or editorial team.

Through this, McDonald's integrates into the joyful spirit of the Philippine Christmas for customers countrywide.
