Big Boi Lumpia Co. coming soon to Downtown Disney

Big Boi Lumpia Co., a Los Angeles-based Filipino comfort food spot, is set to open a location in Downtown Disney at Disneyland.

The company specializes in lumpia, traditional spring rolls that can be sweet or savory and are typically deep-fried. No exact opening date has been announced, though representatives indicated on Instagram that the debut would happen very soon.

This addition continues a trend of local businesses joining Downtown Disney. Earlier arrivals include Ballast Point Brewing Company from San Diego and Din Tai Fung, which originated in Arcadia, California. Happy Ice, the first permanent Black-owned dessert company in the area, also opened recently.

Lumpia offerings have previously appeared at events such as the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, highlighting growing interest in the cuisine.
