New Cosmic version launch postponed due to quality issues

The planned launch of a new Cosmic system version in the Sussa regions on May 31 has been postponed. Supplier Cambio identified quality deficiencies that caused the delay. The update was to include over 200 error fixes and 70 functional changes.

According to Dala-Demokraten, the new Cosmic version was meant to improve system performance through more than 200 error fixes and over 70 changes to functions, configurations and technical details.

Supplier Cambio announced that the deficiencies were found in time to prevent issues at launch. No new rollout date has been presented yet.

The update was intended for all Sussa regions and aimed to strengthen reliability in the healthcare information system used there.
