Die Superintendencia de Pensiones hat die Normativa NCG Nr. 354 veröffentlicht, die die Gründung und den Start neuer Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones (AFP) regelt und mit der Rentenreform 2025 übereinstimmt. Die Norm erhöht das Mindestkapital auf UF 50.000 und legt Erfahrungsstandards für Vorstände und Investment-Manager fest, die ab April 2027 auch für bestehende AFPs gelten.
