Indonesia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has intensified accommodation, transport, and health services for pilgrims ahead of the peak of the 1447 H hajj.

As of Friday, May 8, 2026, 303 groups carrying 117,452 pilgrims and 1,209 staff had departed Indonesia for Saudi Arabia. Of these, 165 groups reached Mecca while another 28 landed in Jeddah.
