El Consejo de Administración de Andalucía Digital Multimedia ha decidido este martes la suspensión temporal de Gustavo Fuentes Aguilar, imputado por agresión y acoso sexual.

Tras más de cuatro horas de reunión, el Consejo de ADM aprobó la suspensión temporal de funciones del director general Gustavo Fuentes Aguilar. La medida se toma sin forzar su dimisión hasta que se aclare su situación procesal, preservando la presunción de inocencia, según el comunicado enviado a los trabajadores.

Fuentes deberá declarar como imputado el próximo 25 de junio ante el Juzgado de Violencia sobre la Mujer número 5 de Sevilla. La denuncia, presentada en enero por una reportera de la empresa, incluye tres presuntas agresiones sexuales y mensajes de WhatsApp de contenido sexual.

La dirección de RTVA emitió un comunicado a las 21.30 del martes en el que descarta activar su protocolo antiacoso porque la denunciante optó por la vía judicial. Varias formaciones de la oposición han pedido explicaciones a la Junta de Andalucía sobre el caso.
