BlackRock presenta una solicitud para lanzar un ETF de ingresos de Bitcoin la próxima semana

BlackRock presentó esta semana la documentación para listar un nuevo ETF de ingresos de Bitcoin en el Nasdaq. Se espera que el iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, con el ticker BITA, comience a cotizar tan pronto como el 18 de junio.

La gestora de activos más grande del mundo presentó el jueves un registro mediante el Formulario 8-A para el fondo. Los analistas señalaron que este paso suele indicar un lanzamiento en el plazo de una semana.

El ETF venderá opciones de compra sobre acciones del iShares Bitcoin Trust de BlackRock, que ya cuenta con 49.000 millones de dólares, para generar ingresos. El fondo tiene prevista una comisión anual del 0,65 por ciento, inferior a la de otros productos similares de llamadas cubiertas (covered-call) de Bitcoin.
