BlackRock dépose une demande pour le lancement d'un ETF de revenus Bitcoin la semaine prochaine

BlackRock a déposé des documents cette semaine en vue d'inscrire un nouvel ETF de revenus Bitcoin au Nasdaq. L'iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, dont le symbole boursier est BITA, devrait commencer à être négocié dès le 18 juin.

Le plus grand gestionnaire d'actifs au monde a soumis jeudi un formulaire d'enregistrement 8-A pour le fonds. Selon les analystes, cette étape indique généralement un lancement dans un délai d'une semaine.

L'ETF vendra des options d'achat sur des actions de l'iShares Bitcoin Trust, le fonds existant de 49 milliards de dollars de BlackRock, afin de générer des revenus. Il prévoit des frais annuels de 0,65 %, un taux inférieur à celui des produits Bitcoin concurrents basés sur des options d'achat couvertes.

BlackRock est en concurrence avec Goldman Sachs, dont le fonds similaire devrait faire ses débuts vers le 1er juillet. Ce dépôt fait suite à des mesures antérieures montrant que le nouvel ETF a déjà été doté de capital et a commencé à négocier des options.

BlackRock debuted its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, known as BITA, on Nasdaq on June 16. The fund provides Bitcoin exposure through a covered call strategy designed to generate monthly income. It trades alongside the firm's larger spot Bitcoin ETF, IBIT.

BlackRock has submitted an updated regulatory filing for its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, moving the product closer to launch under the ticker BITA. The fund aims to generate income by selling call options on Bitcoin-linked holdings while charging a 0.65% sponsor fee.
