Un juzgado admite las querellas de PP y Vox por el rescate de Air Europa

El juzgado de instrucción número 49 de Madrid ha admitido las querellas presentadas por PP y Vox contra el rescate público de Air Europa. El vicepresidente de la SEPI, Bartolomé Lora, ha sido citado como investigado por un presunto delito de prevaricación administrativa.

El juez José María Escribano ha admitido a trámite las querellas el 8 de junio de 2026. Lora, quien era responsable del órgano que aprobó el préstamo de 475 millones de euros en noviembre de 2020, declarará el 3 de julio.

El magistrado ha solicitado a la SEPI y al FASEE toda la documentación del expediente, incluidos correos, informes y actas de reuniones. Las querellas sostienen que Air Europa no cumplía requisitos como la ausencia de deudas tributarias.

El PP argumenta que el rescate se canalizó a través de una sociedad interpuesta y se dividió en tramos para evitar controles europeos. El juez decidirá sobre otros posibles investigados durante las pesquisas.
