Hong Kong publica exención fiscal para bonos de gestores de fondos

Hong Kong ha publicado un proyecto de reforma fiscal que exime a los fondos de capital privado y de capital riesgo del pago de impuestos sobre los ingresos vinculados a resultados. También eximiría a las empresas de fondos de capital privado y a los fondos de capital riesgo del pago de impuestos sobre los ingresos vinculados al rendimiento. La Oficina de Servicios Financieros y del Tesoro había consultado previamente sobre estas reformas. La medida se produce en un momento en que Hong Kong busca mantener su posición como centro de gestión de patrimonio en Asia. Si se aprueba, el proyecto se aplicaría a las actividades de gestión de fondos que cumplan con los requisitos.
