Mozilla prueba la función de inteligencia artificial Smart Window en la beta de Firefox

Mozilla ha puesto a disposición de los usuarios de Firefox en Estados Unidos y Canadá su modo de navegación con inteligencia artificial Smart Window en una beta limitada. La función añade un asistente integrado que puede acceder a las pestañas, al historial y a las páginas actuales.

La versión beta requiere Firefox 150 o una versión superior y su activación a través del portal de cuentas de Mozilla. Los usuarios pueden elegir entre tres modelos de inteligencia artificial: Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite de Google, Qwen3-235B-A22B-Instruct-2507 de Alibaba o gpt-oss-120B de OpenAI. Todos los chats se almacenan localmente en el dispositivo y existen opciones para gestionar las memorias y activar o desactivar el intercambio de datos.
