Sheinbaum y Brugada verán la inauguración del Mundial desde el Zócalo

La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum y la jefa de Gobierno Clara Brugada anunciaron que verán el partido inaugural del Mundial 2026 desde el FIFA Fan Fest en el Zócalo de la Ciudad de México.

Durante la conferencia matutina del 29 de mayo, Sheinbaum entregó los boletos ganados por Yolett Cervantes y Briana Ameli Medina, quienes triunfaron en un concurso de dominadas. Las jóvenes asistirán al Estadio Ciudad de México para ver el partido México vs Sudáfrica el 11 de junio.

Sheinbaum y Brugada regalaron sus entradas porque consideraron que las jóvenes representan mejor al país. Ambas mandatarias confirmaron que presenciarán el encuentro en el Fan Fest del Zócalo, que contará con una pantalla LED de 510 metros cuadrados.

El evento en el Zócalo iniciará el 11 de junio y se extenderá hasta la final el 19 de julio. También se instalarán pantallas en otros puntos de la ciudad como el parque La Bombilla y la Plaza Garibaldi.
