Integrantes del Frente Nacional para el Rescate del Campo Mexicano amenazaron con bloquear los aeropuertos de la Ciudad de México, Guadalajara y Monterrey antes de la inauguración del Mundial 2026.

El dirigente Eraclio Rodríguez advirtió que el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México será colapsado el día de la inauguración del torneo, programada para el 11 de junio en el Estadio Ciudad de México. El grupo también planea coordinarse con maestros y transportistas para realizar bloqueos conjuntos en las tres sedes mexicanas.

Los agricultores exigen que el Gobierno pague precios justos por el maíz, que actualmente reciben a 5 mil 100 pesos por tonelada frente a un valor real de entre 8 mil 500 y 9 mil pesos. Además piden ser incluidos en la redacción del reglamento de la Ley de Aguas Nacionales.

Rodríguez anunció una marcha el próximo miércoles 20 de mayo que concluirá frente a la Secretaría de Gobernación. La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum ha señalado que los recursos públicos no son ilimitados para atender todas las demandas.

México albergará 13 de los 104 partidos del certamen, con cinco encuentros en la capital, cuatro en Monterrey y cuatro en Guadalajara.
