Zapatero recurre de nuevo la validez de las pruebas en el caso Plus Ultra

El expresidente José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero ha presentado varios recursos ante la Audiencia Nacional para cuestionar el origen de las pruebas en el caso Plus Ultra.

La defensa de Zapatero, representada por Víctor Moreno Catena, solicita que se aclare la licitud del móvil intervenido a Rodolfo Reyes, antiguo dueño de la aerolínea. El dispositivo fue entregado por la agencia estadounidense Homeland Security Investigations a la Policía española.
