Lentoyhtiö Norwegian ostaa matkailukonserni Nordic Leisure Travel Groupin, johon kuuluvat muun muassa Ving ja Spies, lähes 8 miljardilla kruunulla.

Kauppa julkistettiin 16. kesäkuuta 2026. Norwegian ottaa haltuunsa yhtiöt, kuten Vingin, Spiesin, Tjäreborgin ja Sunclass Airlinesin, Petter Stordalenilta ja Altorilta.

Norwegianin toimitusjohtaja Geir Karlsen kuvaili kauppaa virstanpylvääksi. Hänen mukaansa yhtiöstä tulee markkinoiden merkittävä toimija yhdessä yössä.

Petter Stordalen totesi, että konseptihotelleja laajennetaan ja liikevaihto nousee 60 miljardiin kruunuun vuonna 2027. Hänestä tulee yksi Norwegianin suurimmista omistajista.
