The Amhara Region Urban and Infrastructure Bureau announced that corridor development work is underway in 43 towns in the region. Bureau head Dr. Mola Melkamu said the efforts are transforming the towns into comfortable destinations for work, living and tourism.
Bureau head Dr. Mola Melkamu stated that corridor development activities including in municipalities are widely underway in the 43 towns of the region. He highlighted a visit to Woldia town's corridor development noting that the work is progressing at high speed and quality in an amazing process. Corridor development provides sustainable and inclusive benefits beyond urban beauty and appearance he stressed. He urged all parties to contribute to completing the works in other towns within the set timelines.
