Inutos ng Court of Appeals ang pag-aalis sa listahan ng terorismo ng kapatid ni dating kongresista Arnolfo Teves Jr., si Pryde Henry Teves. Batay sa desisyon noong Disyembre 18, 2025, walang sapat na ebidensya ang Anti-Terrorism Council upang i-designate siya bilang terorista. Gayunpaman, walang personal na kaalaman ang mga saksi na si Teves ang nag-utos o nagplano ng mga krimen, batay lamang sa hinal dahil sa pampulitikang pagtutunggali ng pamilya Teves laban sa mga biktima.

"Given all the foregoing disquisition, We FIND and so HOLD that respondents acted with grave abuse of discretion in issuing the assailed resolutions in that petitioner's designation as a terrorist was without probable cause and was in gross application of Our law against terrorism," pahayag ng korte. Dahil dito, ibinasura ang ATC Resolutions Nos. 50 (2023) at 56 (2024), at inutusang alisin ang pangalan ni Teves mula sa mga listahan at i-unfreeze ang kanyang assets.
