Pinahihiling ang mga sertipikadong kopya ng mga tala ng imbestigasyon, dokumento at litrato. Dapat dumalo si Matibag sa hearing noong Abril 14, 2026, 10 a.m., sa People Center ng Kamara. Ang utos ay petsa Marso 31 at nilagdaan nina Chairperson Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro, Speaker Faustino Dy III at House Secretary General Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil.

Daiwang magpapatuloy ang mga hearing dahil wala pang temporary restraining order mula sa Korte Suprema, ayon kay Luistro. "In the absence of a temporary restraining order (TRO), the Committee will proceed as scheduled," aniya. Mga hearing nakatakda sa Abril 14, 22 at 29.

Sinabi rin ni Luistro na mga isyu mula sa kampo ni Duterte ay teknikal lamang at sumusunod ang komite sa mga batas. Samantala, ayon kay Manila 3rd District Rep. Joel Chua, hindi distraksyon ang impeachment sa global oil crisis kundi paghahanda para sa 2028 elections. "The impeachment is not a distraction. It is a preparation for the right choice in 2028," aniya.
