Police investigate suspected arson in Malung

A fire broke out in an apartment building on Brogatan in central Malung on Monday afternoon, triggering a major emergency response. No one was injured, but police have opened a preliminary investigation into suspected arson.

The alarm reached SOS Alarm at 14:15 on Monday. Several people had reported a smoke-filled staircase in the building.

Rescue services dispatched multiple units to the scene. Two ambulances were also sent to Brogatan.
