Prime minister abiy ahmed addressed a forum held under the theme of media advancement for narrative building.

He recalled steps taken after the 2018 reforms to respect media freedom, release imprisoned journalists, reopen closed outlets, allow banned media and journalists to return, and amend repressive laws.
