Humiling ang komite ng etika ng Senado kay Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa na magkomento sa panukalang baguhin ang panuntunan ng kapulungan sa absenteeism kaugnay ng reklamo laban sa kanya. Samantala, ipinahayag ni Ejercito ang kanyang personal na pananaw na dapat sumunod din ang mga mambabatas sa parehong pamantayan tulad ng ordinaryong manggagawa habang hinihintay ang sagot ni Dela Rosa.
