Biggles a été découvert dans un état critique dans un champ du comté de Durham et secouru par l'association caritative Here4Horses. Des soins vétérinaires intensifs et une attention constante de la part des bénévoles ont assuré sa survie.

Biggles a été retrouvé étendu dans un champ du comté de Durham, son cordon ombilical toujours attaché. Le propriétaire de chevaux qui l'a découvert a contacté Here4Horses, dont l'équipe a décrit le poulain comme étant sévèrement déshydraté, affaibli et incapable de se tenir debout. Il a été transporté en urgence au cabinet vétérinaire Clevedale à Upleatham, près de Guisborough, pour recevoir un traitement immédiat comprenant des fluides intraveineux, des antibiotiques et une alimentation par sonde.

Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for dashcam footage after a brown horse was found dead on Winterbourne Road in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.
