Les accusés du procès DZ Mafia clament leur innocence à Aix-en-Provence

Lors de l'audience finale du procès pour le double meurtre de Farid Tir et Mohamed Amine Bendjaghlouli, plusieurs accusés, dont Amine Oualane et Karim Harrat, ont nié toute implication. Devant la cour d’assises spéciales d’Aix-en-Provence, ils se disent tous innocents dans ce dossier lié au narcotrafic marseillais.

La cour d’assises spéciales d’Aix-en-Provence a interrogé vendredi les cinq accusés dans le procès du double meurtre survenu en 2019 dans les Bouches-du-Rhône. Les prévenus, présentés par la police judiciaire comme des meneurs incarcérés de la DZ Mafia – un groupe dominant le marché de la drogue à Marseille –, ont tous rejeté les charges pesant contre eux.

Karim Harrat, âgé de 37 ans, a déclaré depuis le box : « On est tous innocents ». Amine Oualane figure parmi les accusés entendus, dans un procès marqué par de multiples suspensions et tensions. Certains prévenus sont également mis en examen dans d’autres dossiers liés à ce réseau criminel.

L’audience, attendue depuis des semaines, arrive dans sa dernière ligne droite. Harrat avait déjà comparu en janvier devant la justice marseillaise pour trafic de stupéfiants, suite à son extradition.
