Banco Agrario annonce des mesures de secours pour les producteurs touchés par l'urgence climatique

Banco Agrario a mis en place un processus de rééchelonnement de la dette pour les producteurs agricoles de 158 municipalités touchées par l'urgence climatique en vertu du décret 175 de 2026.

L'annonce a été faite par le président de la banque, Hernando Chica Zuccardi. Le programme vise à soutenir les titulaires de prêts au développement agricole accordés avant le 11 février de cette année dans des départements tels que Córdoba, Sucre, La Guajira, Chocó, Bolívar, Cesar, Magdalena et Antioquia.

Le processus comprend deux options : le refinancement avec périodes de grâce et l'allégement direct de la dette. Le gouvernement national couvrira jusqu'à 95 pour cent des obligations en vertu du décret émis par le ministère de l'Agriculture et du Développement rural.

Les candidats doivent présenter un certificat de sinistre délivré par les autorités locales. La date limite pour le faire est le 15 mai. Chica Zuccardi a déclaré que la banque analyserait les moyens d'alléger les obligations afin que les producteurs puissent retrouver leur capacité de production.
